Shipping & Delivery
In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
If you find that your package has not been delivered within the estimated time, please contact customer service within 45 days of the payment date so that the aforementioned issues can be addressed. Please note that: 1) If the tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, or 2) Your package includes missing/incorrect items or other logistics issues, you should contact us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information page on Australia Post's Website.
Orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during public holidays.
We do not deliver to PO Box address and parcel locker.
Delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive a faulty or damaged item.
Canceling items might affect your order's eligibility for free shipping. If, after cancellation, your order no longer meets the criteria for free shipping, you will be required to pay the applicable shipping fee.
