Return Policy
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, so we have put in place a hassle-free return policy for our customers. Read on to learn more about how you can return your purchases with ease.
When you shop at UFORehab, either in person or on uforehab.com, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with the original tags and packaging intact.

We'll cover the return delivery fees for any faulty or damaged items.
Additional return information
Unless the item is faulty or damaged, these items are not eligible to return:
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered
- Items without the original tags or original packaging
- Items without a proof of purchase
- Items delivered more than 30 days ago
- Items listed as final sale or not returnable

If you purchased in person, you'll need to return the purchase in person. Please note that our returns policies may vary based on event & pop-up store sales. Contact UFORehab directly if you have questions about their policies.

If you purchased UFORehab items from a secondary retailer, you'll need to return the purchase to that retailer.
